An overview of Protocol Metrics and the available data and insights found in the Protocol and Pool Explorer.

Protocol Metrics offers two explorers: Protocol Explorer and Pool Explorer. 
Protocol Explorer 
Protocol Explorer is an aggregator of DeFi metrics for Web3 protocols and liquidity pools.  These metrics help to understand the usage and growth of a protocol. Common metrics include total value locked (TVL), revenue, and users of the protocol. 
Within Protocol Explorer you can: 
​Explore the performance of different protocols across multiple networks and categories. 
​Use historical data to understand how a protocol is performing over time. 
​Compare competitive protocols when deciding where to invest the assets of a protocol. 
Pool Explorer  
Pool Explorer is an aggregator of DeFi metrics for liquidity pools. These metrics can help find pools to utilize your assets and compare metrics between pools. They can also be used when analyzing returns between yield aggregators, lending pools, and decentralized exchanges. 
Within Pool Explorer you can: 
​Explore the performance of pools across multiple categories including yield aggregators, lending pools, and decentralized exchanges, and networks.
​Filter by an asset(s) to understand key metrics of that asset across different pool types 
​Monitor the activity of a pool including metrics such as deposits, withdrawals, and borrows.
