Contact Messari Support by submitting a support ticket. This will open a Case with the Support Team.

  • When you submit your request, please make your description as detailed as possible. This will help us best serve you and will expedite your request.
  • After submitting, you will receive an automated email confirming that your Case has been created. You can reply to this email with additional information and screenshots.

Project Listings & Updates

To update the information on your project's page or to request that a project be added to the site, submit a request using our Project Update form.

  • Provide as much information as possible.
  • Use the Supplemental Information section at the bottom to provide additional information or context that couldn't be captured elsewhere on the form.
  • Review window: 4 - 8 weeks.
  • NOTE: In many cases, we are dependent on our upstream market data providers and it may not be possible for us to implement all of the changes requested.

Fundraising Listings & Updates

You can submit Fundraising information updates or listing requests using our Project Update form. A team member will contact you if additional information is required.
