This FAQ provides answers to users' most commonly-asked trials and pricing-related questions.

Can I still have a free trial if I had one previously?

If you’ve had any Messari trial or subscription in the past, you are not eligible for additional trials, and attempts to sign up will result in immediate reactivation of your prior subscription.

Will I be charged during my 7-day trial?

You will not be charged for Messari Pro during the free trial period. At the end of your Trial period, you will be charged for your Monthly or Annual subscription. To avoid being charged, you must cancel your subscription before the end of your free trial. Please note that we do not offer refunds.

How do I cancel my Messari Pro trial or Subscription and what happens after I cancel?

You can cancel your Pro trial or subscription by going to Account & Settings > Subscription Plan and clicking Cancel. You can cancel at any time and will continue to have Pro access until the end of the current billing period.

Are there discounts on Pro?

Yes, Messari will periodically run promotions for discounted Monthly and Annual Pro subscriptions. Subscribe to our Newsletter and follow @MessariCrypto to be notified!
